Contemporary mystery novel by Darden North, M.D. In Montclair, Mississippi, divorced nurse Taylor Richards is brutally murdered in her home. This is an excellent novel. There is no one main character, other than the Mystery itself. The story is told through the points of view of many various characters. We get to know the personalities of each character. These characters are flawed and not always that likeable. We also get a peek into the daily operations of an OB/GYN medical practice, and hospital.

This is a spell-binding tale. I started it, and couldn't stop reading, until I knew how it would end. In the end, karma is just for some of the characters. Very satisfying read. Worth a credit. I will be looking for the author's subsequent books.
