I was impressed with this book. It is full of practical advice for anyeon who wants to purchase real estate, fix it up and turn a good profit. This book is different in that it is based on her personal experience. Her explanations are clear and easy to understand and follow. It includes before and after photos that are inspiring! I feel her advice was very sound. The are basic lessons and advice that are timeless.
The only thing I disagree with is the title. It isn't just for women!
