I wouldn't worry yet.  On the map it looks like Springport and Albion are very close.  It may well be that Albion post office handles Springport's mail.  This happens in the suburbs of many larger cities.  You could always PM the receiver, because if the book was misdelivered they would have to start looking on their end anyway.

Sometimes there are two different town names for the same ZIP Code. If the ZIP Code was correct it should get to the right address.  I've even had the PO question addresses that PBS uses, but the ZIP Codes were right and the book reached its destination appropriately. Pat

well the book I mailed that PO tracking shows was delivered last Friday is sitting waiting to be opened. The recipient I PM'd said her mail is sitting and she "may get  to  it by this Friday"!

glad you heard from your recipient

Jeanne, that is a case where I would let PBS know. I believe we are under an obligation to mark books in a timely manner...this member is just holding your credit hostage to suit her convenience.

Who on earth lets their mail sit for a week before opening it?  I open mine the day I get it.  That's just odd, and rude that she told you that to boot.
