This is a very good book. It's written in Spence's easy style with lots of anecdotes and stories to illustrate his points.

Gerry Spence, a well known Trial Lawyer, tells you how to have the right mindset and gives the right tools to help understand how arguments are won...the text is a little deep, but still a good read.
