I try to keep over 20 on hand cause I've had as many as 8 WL books offered to me in a week! Plus I order for my 3 daughters and the 2 who live up north often will ask, not for a specific book, but for books on xyz topic so I may be ordering 3 or more for them at a time and want to still have plenty of credits on hand for when my wishes get met.

I just let the credits build up.  I transfer some to CD Swap and DVD Swap.  I have been on a book ordering binge lately and am down to 45 credits.

I don't like keeping more than 15, 20 tops. Really 10 is preferred.  I don't want to have that much money tied up in a book trading site. It just doesn't make financial sense to me.

I keep my credits here, and transfer them to the CD and DVD site as needed.  So I try to keep a minimum of 20 credits on hand.  (Once missed out on a box set of DVDs, so I will panic and post books if I go under 10.)  And I will go on an ordering binge if I get above 80.

I've been hanging out at 9 credits for a while and I'm comfortable there.  I've got several WL books on hand I can post if I suddenly get WL offers.  Haven't had any lately though.

I've had more than 100 credits at one time, now I keep it around 10 since I rarely order books anymore, opting to read what I want on my Kindle.

I try to keep between 5 and 10. Recently, I went down to 2 and was offered three WL books. Had to scramble around and ended up buying some credits in the book bazaar for the first time. I'm sitting at 11'credits right now.

If I get more than about 15 I sell a block of 10, or donate them in the annual school donation.

I get antsy because credits seem to go on the wishlist in wild groups, and then items start to be requested in other wild groups.  I'm happiest if it's about 12 credits or so.I got very antsy when it rose over 30 recently.  I just ordered a large box of the one-credit plus postage specials to spend off some credits and also to lay in a supply for a period of convalescence after surgery, plus possible residence in a physical therapy rehab place afterwards.  UGH!  No,  it isn't serious, but I want my thoughts to be far, far away, buried in a book.  And I tend to read fast, and I tend to read escape lit that goes fast anyway.  I had enough of the heavy stuff during college, with some exceptions.    I'm spending some credits on Audible, too, and getting audiobooks to play on a thingy with earphones.    So when the time comes, the account goes on vacation hold, I pack up several packs of books to be brought in by family members, and it's off to "incarceration."
