A very interesting approach to getting one's self into a spiritually peaceful state. Grasps various aspects of nearly every religion and combines them to create the ideas of allowing God into your mind, which result in taking over your world.
Very religion specific and if you're not into his idea and desiring to change over to his ways it's not worth the read.
My personal opinion of the author is he's a bit twirked.. but hey.. to each his own and if it's you're bag you'll enjoy the book!
