A quick read with fairly decent advice, although they discourage the use of Olive oil, which I don't really get. This book is kitchy and I appreciated the "sitting around talking with your friend" type of writing style. Nothing here was life-altering but I found it enjoyable.

I'm pretty sure they were going with a sex and the city meets diet advice book. I don't know I'm just not into all the comments about waking up next to random guys. It took me two hours to read it. The advice pretty much boiled down to. If you want cake then eat cake but then eat a pound of spinach for dinner to balance it out. The rest of it was pretty standard. Work out , drink your water, make wise portion choices. Frankly it was a train wreck and I couldn't look away.

Had some good info, but it seemed like the authors were trying too hard to be edgy. Lots of cursing and gratuitous sex talk.
