I received a book with a problem. I emailed the Sender requesting the credit back with the directions listed in the Book Condition Guidelines:

"You can refund credit from the swap itself (click Request Details on the swap in your Transaction Archive to see the Refund button)
Remember that the requestor is not required to send the book back at his or her expense. But if the sender gives an extra credit or postage to do so, of course the book may be returned."

She wrote back to just toss the book as she doesn't want it back. But she says nothing about giving back the credit. I forgot to look and see how many credits I had before emailing her. How can I tell if she already sent it back and it's in my current total of credits?

If you click on the credit registry link under your my account page, it shows all the credits you've spent or credits credited to your account. Positive ones are listed as +1 in green (with explanation off to the left) and negatives are -1 in red.

If you go to your account homepage (make sure you've clicked the 'Account' tab), right underneath the tabs is a list of other options, starting with Transaction Archive.  Over to the right of that, second to last, is a link that says 'Credit Registry.'  Click that, and it will show you all of your credit activity.  If someone gave you a credit, it should show up there.
