Not too bad; not too great either. It is definitely a fluffy read. There were way too many people (save the three main characters) to keep track of, and I found myself flipping back to place the minor characters. If you are looking for a good read about a Hamptons house share, pick up The Perfect Manhattan by Tracey Toomey & Leanne Shear. It has more depth and is better written.

Lots of unnecessary words, therefore lots of unecessary sentences. The story line was nice. But I kept thinking "why did she just use 5 sentences to say they went to the club"
