Would you know if some one posted something negative about you?  Or would other people know - or is it just for the PBS folks?

if you get a RWAP, you'll get a PM from the requestor regarding the book you shipped.

You would definately know.  Now, if they put a comment in that bottom box of the survey when you mark a book recieved, but don't mark it RWAP, then those comments you won't see.  They are just kept on file for PBS to see if a pattern develops on your account.  For example, if a sender consistently sends book out late even when they have been marked mailed.

Also, if you go to your transactions archive (on your My Account menu) you can see which books have been marked RWAP.  There'll be a red check mark with a zigzag line.   If you click on the "details" button, you can see the comments there.  Only you, the other member, and the PBS admin team can see that there's a RWAP.

And while you're in the transactions archive, DON'T do what I did when I first started exploring it.  Don't look at a title and think "Oh, I received that book, but it's not marked received" and start marking books received there.  The book you marked received will be in there, along with some canceled transactions from people who didn't send the book.
