I have three books to mail, one of which has an RC. Although I remember what the RC is, I can't recall which book it is for. How can I find this information out?

Check in your transaction archives- click on the "Request details" for the request, and the requestor's conditions will be listed.

If you've already accepted the request, but not yet marked it mailed, I don't think you can see the RC.  You could try PMing the three requestors and see if they PM back...

It will not be in your TA until the transaction is complete. You will have to PM them all and ask. Since you have already said the book meets the RCs I am curious as to why it matters now? If it is a wrapping or DC request can you just do that on all three requests and make sure you're covered?

The requestor asked that the book not be wrapped too tightly as she has difficulty opening packages.  I want to make sure that I make it easy for her.  For the other two requestors, I was just going to tape the hell out of it like I normally do.

I guess  I have to print out the mailing info and then look in the transaction archive to see which book is which.  Not a big deal, I just wondered if I could access the request before I printed out the mailer.

Karen - they won't be in your transaction archive, they are only archived once they are completed or cancelled. There is no way to see the RCs between accepting them and the book being marked as received. You will need to PM them.

You could check their profiles -- it's possible that there's a hint there as to who might need the extra TLC.

Christy, they don't show until the transaction is completely complete. It is the DETAILS link in the completed transaction (after rec'd) where you can see the RCs. I just double checked mine, I know there were RCs on one, and they are not visible, but I know they are visible in the TAs after they are rec'd.

ETA: since you are sure of what the RC was, and it had to do with difficulty opening the wrappings, simply make sure you wrap them all secure but not overly bound in tape, which is usually what people have a hard time with. Tape the ends and sides securely, but then leave a good area open that a scissors can easily be slipped into, but not enough that a machine can snag it. Hope that makes sense.

Sherry...actually the DETAILS link (on mine at least) shows up once I've marked the book mailed.

There is a details button there, but it doesn't include the RCs. Those only show on the completed transactions in the TA. I did the same as Sherry, knowing I had at least one sent that had RCs and all of mine coming has my RC I looke at all of them, none show it, but once they are moved to the TA as received, the RCs show up.

Right, I just marked a book with RCs mailed, and the RC doesn't show up in the "details" page.  It will show up once it is in the transactions archive.
