after a received with a problem book has been marked in the transaction archive as unresolved to do something with the book?

I got an ARC of a WL book, the sender stopped responding to PM's, it's been a week, their shelf is not on vacation hold.  I've marked it unresolved in the transaction archive this morning.

So the question being, I've since received the book again and don't want two copies, how long do you wait before you give it away, or offer it as unpostable freebie with an order or what ever.

I'd send one last PM that says:  "If I don't hear from you by [DATE XXX} I will assume that I can do with this book as I wish, and I intend to give it away."  Or something like that depending on what you've been saying in previous PMs.  I'd set the date at maybe 2 days beyond the date you send the PM.

Also, if someone has not responded to PMs for a week, you can cut and paste your conversation with them and pass it on to the Admin team, with the note that communication has stopped.

Thanks for the in put, that is just what I've done.  I pm them asking for a response by Saturday, after that I will offer the book in the ARC thread free with an order I guess.  I'm still bummed to be out the credit but what can you do.
