If you've received a water damaged book after the request has timed out, how do you log it as such?  When I go to mark it in as received, it doesn't give me the option of reporting the problem.  What am I missing?

Do you mean the sender did not accept the request, but still sent you the book?

I've had the same problem!  I recently recieved a book with what looks like a coffee stain.  It had been declared lost in mail.  When I marked it recieved though, there was no option for marking it recieved with a problem!  I just marked it recieved anyway, and PM'ed the person.  Does anyone know why this is?

No idea...never had that happen. I guess I would send a feedback to R&R about it. Maybe if they get enough of them, they'll make that screen with the option to mark it as a problem available for lost/late received books.
