When I go to My Account here on PBS it tells me how much I've saved since I've been here. I've only been here a month or two... I've already saved $40.70.... how much have you saved?

$1233.00 but I consider that to be an extremely low estimate, before PBS I bought all of my books new, as there is no UBS near me, and I very rarely went to the library.

$846 minus postage, mailing supplies, books picked up at garage sales and FOL sales!   I figure I'm about even and that's great in my mind!

$157.50 (not counting 2, 3, or 4 for 1 deals). I'm in the same boat as Kristen, no used (or new for that matter) book store in my area. PBS has allowed me to rekindle my love for reading and find out about books that I would never have known about otherwise.  Thanks PBS!

Mine is currently at 2385.00

I would say I am probably ahead of the game as I have ordered some rather pricey books, that I would not have wanted to pay full price for.

$4.329.00 according to PBS.

But I don't really believe it's that much...I've spent lotsa dosh in postage, wrapping materials, printer ink, bought credits, etc. and a lot of the books I've gotten here, I would NOT have purchased myself, so if I weren't a PBS member I'd have likely just checked them out of the library. Still, I know I have saved a LOT of money...even more importantly, have had a GREAT time doing it, met some wonderful people, and have sent a lot of great books on to new homes to be enjoyed by others instead of having them hibernate on my bookshelf or in boxes.

None.  Before PBS I got my books from the library for free.  Since PBS, I have paid a lot of money in postage.  But, it is worth it to me to participate in the fun and have books at my disposal at home.
