Where are you trying to put the photo you have uploaded?  here in the forums or are you trying to use it as your avatar icon?

I'm trying to post a photo in the body of a reply to a thread.

For the forums you can copy the share link if you want, but it will show up as just text.  If you want to post an image direct, in Internet Explorer you just right click the image, click on copy, and then put your cursor where you want the pciture in the reply text window and do Ctrl + v.

Hmmm.  it seems like that should work.  I must be doing something wrong.  I can copy and paste and it shows up like it's going to post.  I see it, and I still see it when I hit the preview button.  But then I click reply to the thread and nothing shows up.

I know just enough to make me dangerous, and that's about it, LOL.

Hmm, yeah I don't know anything about Safari, sorry.  Macs and I don't get along.  laugh  I've crashed three of them in the past 5 years.

I have a cooking group on yuku and the only browsers I can use for it is IE or Seamonkey. All the others I have tried something does not work when I need to post such as imagines, colors, fonts etc. You might need to download one of them to use on here.

I use Firefox and  I find it's much easier to open two windows and drag 'n drop.  When I want to post an image, I open 1 window to the post where I want the image and the 2nd window to the image itself.  I make certain my blnking cursor is actually placed where I want the image to post.  In the 2nd window, I left click the image which will "grab it" and then I drag it down to the bottom and over to the 1st window (which says PaperbackSwap Forum), which will open that windown, I then place the image where I want it and then release the clicked image by releasing left clicker on the mouse.

Does that make sense?

I use Firefox and IE on my PC.  From Photobucket I right click on the pic, choose View Image, then Select all.  After that it's just Copy and Paste (Control C & Control V).  I can then click on the pic while it's in the Reply Box, and use the handles to resize.
