So I finally did it, I sent the wrong book to someone. Not a scout badge I was trying to earn. Oh well.

I was wondering if there is a way to print a new PBS label for the bungled swap? The old one won't work because that package has already been delivered, right? Any tips? Thanks!

have the recipient send her address in a PM.

Then use it with the "Mail to a Friend" option in PBS. (Go  to the book listing and select "Mail to a Friend".)

This will be a non-credit transaction in PBS.

If the wrong book was not marked received, then she can just mark it received when she gets the right book. If it goes lost in the meantime, she can mark it received when she gets it, from the Transaction Archive.

Thanks, Sara! This would have worked perfectly if "Mail to a Friend" was functioning properly! Unfortunately, the Address Input and Address Review pages are in a terminal loop, one always leading to the other. I just bit the bullet and went to the PO, but appreciate the help!

That must be a new problem, I've used Mail-to-a-Friend this month (Jan) and it was working.

In the past when I've had an issue with it, it turns out that the address was wrong (either mistyped by me or given to me wrong by the requestor.). Because it does go thru some kind of UPS address verification before it lets you create the transaction. If it can't validate the address it doesn't complete but usually you would see an error message that tells you that.
