I'd like to know too. I had a breath test for my resting metabolism and it was 1,200! Stinks!
The only advise I've been given is to eat small meals every 3 hours and do aerobic exercise.
I've got the small meals down, but the aerobics exercises are on hold. I'm in physical therapy for a bad back.
Anyone know how to do aerobics sitting down? Lol
