I'm in a dilemna now

I posted some books in the Bazaar under WL Multiples to try to save on shipping costs and I had someone request two books, but then they had very subjective requestor conditions and I declined their request, but the books immediately went into the system and now I can't remove them from my shelf.

I guess I just keep declining each request, which could take a while since the books had many members wishing for them.

There's no other way to get the books removed from my shelf?

Hi Janet,

Put your bookshelf on vacation hold.  When the next request is accepted, cancel the transaction and remove the books from your bookshelf.  Then, take your shelf off of vacation hold.  Putting it on hold keeps the books from being offered to the next person in line.

Janet, they were passed on because you said you couldn't mail them due to the requestor's conditions.  If you just click the button saying you can't send the book (a regular cancellation, not a decline of conditions) they'll be taken off of your bookshelf.

but if she marks them "I cannot mail" (at all), they get removed from line and she goes back to the bottom.  What I'd like to know is, how did they get from the Bazaar, into the regular system.  ???

They were wishlisted books, not FIFO books, and she wanted them to be removed because she wanted them to go to one person to save on postage.

When someone saw the books in her bazaar post, they PMd her asking for the books.  She then posted them directly to one person's wishlist, and when the WL offer was accepted the requestor's conditions showed up.  If you say you can't send a book to someone because of their conditions, the book is offered to the next person in line (in this case, multiple books offered to one person were then offered to individual people).   If you say you can't send a book at all, it's taken off of your bookshelf and not offered to anyone else.
