How do I mark someone's bookshelf so I can go back to it later?

I thought I could mark them as a buddy just for my own private list, but then it said it was sending notification to the other person ack!  I just want to put their bookshelf in a list so I can look at it later on too to see what new books they put up, or remove it off my list if they never have anything I'm wanting to read.

I can't think of a way offhand to do this through PBS features, but you could always bookmark the page the way you bookmark any other internet website, and maybe store the bookshelf links you save in a folder you call Interesting Bookshelves.
