I know I read here before that there's a way to see if a person actually reads a message I sent them. Darned if I can find it though...

Go to your personal message tab.  Select from you tab.  Then push the unread button.

Do note that folks can be set up to receive notice of a PM in their email.  That notice has several lines of the PM.    And that does not show up as Read.

Follow Emily's instructions, and then any of the boxes to the left of the member's name will have a checkmark in them if they have not logged onto the site to read their PMs. As she said, some members read a few snippets of the PM just to see if it's worth addressing right now, or later on.
