I recently was granted one of my Wish List books and I am pretty sure that I attached my RC to the request. I specifically remember logging in to my account and seeing that the book request was still going through and it showed that my RC was turned on--it had the little button to click and the RC popup came up. I received the book today and it does not meet my RC at all. When I go to report the problem, however, "Requestor Conditions not Met" (or however its worded) isn't showing up. Is there any way that I can double-check the request to see if the RC was applied? Or is there another category to report this under that I'm missing? Thanks for any help. |

Go to your Transaction Archive, find the book, then to the right click on Request Details. If the RC was on, it will be listed on that page. |

If the book hasn't been marked received yet, then it;s not in your Transaction Archive yet. So, from the "En Route To Me" tab, if you had Requestor Conditions applied to the book order, there will be a button to click on, on the right side, just under the book details (immediately under the Book Type label). The button says "Show Requestor Conditions". If there is no button, there was no RC. |

If you turned your RC on after ordering the book, the RC will not apply to that order. The RC is attached at the time the book is ordered. For a wish list book, this means the RC has to be on before you click that you click that you want the book. If it's an auto-request wish list book, your RC would have to be on before the server accepted the offer for you -- in other words before the sender posted the book. If you turned your RC on while "book request was still going through" then it wasn't attached to the transaction |

The RC was turned on when I requested the book. I said that I checked my account while the "book request was still going through" meaning that I saw it as it was waiting for the sender to accept, print postage, etc. At that time, when I checked, it still showed that my RC was applied to the order--I could click the button under the request and it would bring up the RC text. I just don't understand how it could be applied when I requested the book but now that I've gotten it, it's like it was never applied. |

Your book may not meet your RCs because the person sending you the book didn't follow them--not because they weren't on. Sometimes people just don't read, or they click that they can meet it then forget when they go to mail it. If it doesn't meet your RCs and you feel it's warranted, then mark it RWAP. |

What do you mean by RC? |

Requester Condition, Mary. The system allows us to add Requester Conditions to requests that senders have to agree to before sending a book. If the RC was in place at the time of the request, the button to show them should be there on the requested Tab. If it is not there, send in Feedback via the Contact Us link in the lower right and ask them to look into it. I have seen it get lost on occassion and they are able to see when it happens that an RC in place on a request gets lost somehow. |
