Today I marked a problem swapped as unresolved after not hearing from the sender of the damaged book about returning my credit. Now I've received a PM stating that he returned my credit days ago. Lo and behold, it is now showing up in my credit registry. I want to update the transaction details to show that this has been resolved, but there doesn't seem to be a way to edit the transaction from within the details page. What do I need to do to update the record so that this transaction can be shown as resolved? Thanks for any help or suggestions. |

HI Sava - go to your transaction archive on your "My Account" page. Find the book and to the right there is a button resolved?? Click on this button to resolve the transaction. |

Sava, you said " I marked a problem swapped as unresolved ". If that means you marked it Received with a Problem, then you can do what Jubead suggested, But if that means you already submitted a follow-up to your RWAP -- If you if you've already marked it "unresolved by sender" -- you can't undo that. It's a last resort kind of measure.
One thing you could do to mitigate the black mark would be to send a PM from your transaction archive to the other member, stating that the problem actually was resolved, that the credit was returned. That PM will be permanently attached to the transaction, so that if the Admin Team looks at it, they'll be able to see your note. |

Thanks for your help. I just sent a PM to the sender, and I also submitted a feedback form to PBS about my mistake. I was too hasty in marking it Unresolved, and will not make that same mistake again in the future!
I never got a notification that my credit had been returned, and when the sender didn't repond to my PM, I believed that he just wasn't going to cooperate. Forty lashes with a wet noodle for me... |

Okay, here's the message I got from PBS regarding this issue:
"We're sorry, but once you have mark the transaction as unresolved, you are not able to reverse this status and neither are we.
