Dr. Seuss was such a gifted children's books writer, he knows how to keep kids engaged and amused -and adults too! Aida Marcuse (the translator) did a phenomenal job with this one. IMO it's even more fun than the original version in English. Though often not the literal words, the clever translation nevertheless conveys the meaning accurately while still keeping the rhymes and the flow of the story. It's such a fun read, my three-year old son asks for it often. Nos gusta mucho Huevos Verdes con Jamon, gracias, gracias Dr. Seuss & Aida Marcuse -it's a real treat!
