I didn't like reading it, the craft was poorly developed. But for being a book written by a woman, jewish, in the twenties, giving voice to all those that did not have it, it is a very valuable work as it is deeply tied to the history of jewish writers in America.

It is written so passionately ... it draws the reader right in to the yearning of the writer's very soul. These stories would make great stage presentations.
