This book was funny as hell! Reminded me in tone of the early Anita Blake books: snarky, sexy, 1st-person heroine, shape-shifting werewolves, rockin' love scenes, and great character development. I just discovered Handeland and will be looking to read her backlist!

I really like paranormal fiction, and thought that of the books I've read recently, this is one of the better ones. The plot was well told and characters stories told well. I just realized as I was reading that there is a book I should have read before this one, that I need to find, but plan on reading more books by this author

This is a really good book. I couldn't put it down. I look forward to reading the other books in this series. This is the 2nd book in her moon series.
