I'm a newbie, just joined a week ago and have read almost everything as far as instructions, etc.,  but can't figure this one out.  I thought I was posting all of my books correctly, but when I look at them  under "Posted Books", they don't have the "Order This Book" Tab.  People can click on My Bookshelf, but I can't figure out what I am doing wrong that is causing the tab not to appear.  Posted another one first thing this am, and carefully followed the prompts and the same thing happened.

Really shouldn't complain...have already mailed out 12 books, four more to go today and another four tomorrow (ran out of  right size padded envelopes last night).  I know it is just probably "Beginner's Luck", but I am thrilled.  This site is way too addicting!!

You won't see it because they're your books. You're doing nothing wrong. :)

Duh!!!!  Sorry to ask a stupid question, but thanks for taking the time to answer!

You're looking at your own bookshelf. If you want to do a test, pick a book from your bookshelf and then do a regular search for it (try the search drop down menu). It should come up in a list (maybe with others) and since it's available on your shelf, that Order this Book will be there.

PS: I am jealous you got so many orders. It's been slow for me. :-)

Or go to your shelf from your public profile.

If you do a search, then the books that are on your own shelf will NOT have the Order This Book button. Instead you get the Mail to a Friend link.

This is a good thing for some of us who are a little more ... shall we say absent minded ... and likely to think "oh, that sounds like a good book" and end up ordering it again without realizing that we have already read it.
