large 2 - Eggs
cup 1/2 - Canola oil
cups 2 - Peanut butter choc chip mix (standard size bag)
box 1 - Standard devil's food cake mix
Lightly beat eggs.
Add oil and mix.
Add cake mix and mix until blended.
Add chips and mix.
Scoop by heaping tablespoon onto cookie sheet, flatten very slightly.
Bake for 9 minutes at 350.
Cool for 5 minutes and remove to rack to cool completely.
A small ice cream scoop works well for this.
You can make these in any variation you can think of. The secret is the cake mix, eggs and oil.
French vanilla cake mix with chopped dried pineapple (not fresh) and coconut shreds makes a great pina colada cookie.
