I have 2 books where the ISBN brings up a different book.

Book 1 "Sheikh's Scandal" , the ISBN on book is 9780373132393 (and at Amazon)    On PBS if I enter that ISBN I get  "The Only Woman to Defy Him"

Book 2 "The Only Woman to Defy Him" , the ISBN on book is 9780373132409 (and at Amazon).    On PBS if I enter that ISBN I get  "Sheikh's Scandal"

What is the best way to get these two books corrected?

Alicia

Are your copies ARCs? Those two books are not supposed to be published until April 15th.

No they are not ARCs,  These are series romance books that I have a "subscription" to this series.  We usually get books a month or two ahead of publication.

then submit a data edit.  the volunteers will often not do an edit before the publication date, so be sure to mention that the data is from your copy of the book.

on the book detail page there is a pull down menu for more options.  the data edit is one of those.

I did notice that WorldCat has the titles aligned like PBS does, i.e. wrongly. The data edit team will usually want more sources than just Amazon, and since various sources are disagreeing, they may not change things. These books are on WLs already, so that might make them less apt to make a change as well. If you can't get the data changed, I would post them without an ISBN. If people are looking for the author, they will see the copies and order them. It is not ideal and may take longer, but it does work.
