Okay, I am having my first problem. frown

It's not really a big deal but I was hoping for a paperback book & instead got a hardcover.  The ISBN numbers match between the book & what is on PBS-- BUT on PBS, the book is listed as "paperback" so that is what I thought I was ordering.  I have other books by the same author so I wanted them ALL paperback so they'd match.
I can't really be upset with the sender since the ISBN numbers match, but what if PBS says the book was paperback when it really wasn't? indecision

Is that still the fault of the sender for not catching the difference when the book was listed?  Should I mark it received with a problem?  And IF I do that, then what happens?

(Sorry for me having to ask but I am new so I just want to do this right!)

Yes, it is RWAP because when posting a book ... ISBN, Author, Binding Type and Title must match... it is up to you whether to request your credit back...I would if I was trying to collect the books.

Thank you, Christy!

Yes, I did want paperback for a reason, although I'm not mad at the sender or anything. I was just hoping for a different binding.

Yuppers, what Christy said.   Although the cover picture does not have to match when posting books into FIFO, the significant items that must match are ISBN, binding (pb vs. hardcover), author & title.

Feel free to RWAP.

Thank you both!  I asked her to send my credit back so I hope she will.  I was nice about it cuz I can see how it was an honest mistake.

I just hope she will understand why I want the credit back.
