I think the agency should return the dog to the people Ellen gave it to. People make mistakes.

If the agency is to be true to their principles, they should look at the welfare of the animal first. Ellen didn't do it because she had malicious intentions...that they confiscated the dog is horrendous.

They may not give the dog back with all the death threats. I think people made it worse for the kids now by interferring in it.
