Now, this doesn't look like your regular questions to members, but what better place to ask it?  I would love to know who is the illustrator of Jeff Smith's The Frugal Gourmet Cooks Italian.  Seems simple enough, since I own the book, but I've searched that book high and low and cannot find the name!  I'm particularly interested in the picture on page 495.  Anyone out there that can help me I sure would appreciate it.

It should be listed on the copyright page, right?  Where all the legal acknowledgments are?  Sometimes it is done within the publishing house and isn't acknowledged.  Sort of staff illustrators.

It may depend on which edition you have, but there's some info on illustrators here.

So maybe Chris Cart?

Donna, do you have an ISBN, non-ISBN number or additional publisher information not already listed by PBS ?  I'm asking on the chance that this might help in researching an answer to your question.

I saw a peek into one of the copies on eBay, but now can't find it again. It looked like it might be generic, drm-free clip art. If that's all they are, there may not be a single illustrator to list.

Ed. to show the pic I was looking at here

I found this newspaper article from 1989 about Chris Cart.

Oops. I misread. As everyone said above, it's Chris Cart.
