This is a very enjoyable book, though it is very short in length. I had another that was short and the recipient was not aware of the length, though enjoyed the book. This is a fast, easy read, best suited for a day of waiting around for appointments to get over with. Super read without needing a lot of time!!! Just wish for you to be informed in advance.... 84 pages long

Badly burned and suffering from smoke inhalation, she still hopes to survive, but if she doesn't at least she has the satisfaction of knowing her husband won't find her body.

I know I have rated this book pretty poorly despite not having finished it, but after drudging through the first few chapters, I just couldn't read it any further. I'm sure the story MAY be good, but it is written too "uninterestingly" for me. I had lost interest once the characters had met but tried to continue until I just HAD to stop, and I'm usually a person who tries to finish a book I've started no matter how I feel about it. Other people may like it, but it wasn't for me.
