I read the first one, Evermore...and thought it was just so so. Does it get better? I have the 2nd book and I'm wondering if I should just post it or what.

If you didn't like the first that much, I really doubt you'd like the second any more. Just my opinion though.

I bought the first one and read it, thought it was ok.  I bought the second one because it was super cheap, and read it - I hated it.  I have the third one on my WL but frankly I don't think I care if I ever get it.  That's just me.  :)

What I hated was that she basically got her butt kicked a few times and he was like oh yea I saw that but then did nothing to help...really? lol and in the begining it felt like she was trying to write a twilight rip off. I decided not to read the 2nd.

Thanks for posting this!  I've been trying for days to get into the 2nd book, Blue Moon.  I keep putting it down and have read 5 books in between the 5 chapters I've slaved over.  I think I'll just give up now 'cause it's not keeping my attention.

I have the 1st but haven't read it.

I hate ruling out a series due to a 1st book...if I did, I wouldnt' be reading the Hollows are or the Sookie books.  I didn't care for either of the 1st in those series.

For me it depends on how much I disliked a book. I usually have to have a bunch of issues with it, like this book, to considering not reading on. I just have too many books to read to stick with bad ones lol

This one just seemed...done before...and in better ways.

I thought the first was just okay, didn't care for the second, but the third was way better to me. I know that's a lot of commitment, but it may be worth it to hold out until you feel out the third. I'm anxious to read the next in the series now.
