I just posted a book and  next to the title the following text appears (Import HB) .  I googled but didn't come across anything other than other books with this text next to the title.

My question -  I am assuming HB is Hard Back - but does it mean it is an import or is it domestic but it refers to the size of the hardcover?  It is much smaller than (lengthwise)  than most hardcovers.  Thanks

It usually refers to the version from Canada or UK.  They have a different set of ISBN numbers.  You did post by the number?  Some books are released earlier in the UK.

Yes - I posted the ISBN on back of the cover.   I will look at it again to see if the price is in sterling/candian or USD.

Jubead--

That info was likely absorbed from Amazon or another site -- PBS doesn't record the binding type in the title line when they edit records.  As long as all of your criteria match (title, binding, author, ISBN), you should be fine.

Cheers,

Catt
