If you feel strongly about being the protector of your children's heart and soul. Please do not read this book to your children. This historical fiction about the writer of the song Amazing Grace is riviting for the adult reader. I am ever so greatful for a God who would save a soul like mine. Yet,I stand amazed at the God who would set aside and protect a mans' life over and over again from certain death who lead a life of unparalled debauchery. However, history shows us over and over again God does not work in the hearts and souls of men in ways that make sence to us. This story will show you that God works in the hearts of men to glorify himself. Not man. You will never be able to sing the song Amazing Grace with out thinking about the life of the man God guided to write those words. AMEN
