This is Infinity, another in the series with Destiny and Eternity. In this book, we meet Arianna and Nicodimus. Nicodimus lost his heart (literally) because of Arianna's seeming treachery, and for 5 centuries, he has lain buried alive, awaiting redemption. Only Arianna can save him, but someone wants Arianna's heart, just as he stole Nicodimus' so long ago. Will she save her love?
