Cute cozy. A lighthouse in the mountains? That's the Inn that Alex runs... one of his ancestors fell in love with a lighthouse and built one when he got back home. Too bad the inn is being plagued by problems, including a dead body in the lighthouse.

Most new books in a series can be a bit difficult to get all the characters and plot lines in place. This was easier than most I have read, I felt like I really cared what happened to the main character, and it was quite full of action. Great, quick read!

I didn't read it, but my wife (an English professor who teaches writing) reports that the writing is often clumsy enough to take her out of the story wondering why the author chose those awkward words...

This is the first in a series and is definitely a series I am enjoying reading. Well written and very descriptive. A page turner for sure.

Another enjoyable series from Tim Myers, clean, fun, cozy with nice characters. Didn't figure it out until nearly the end. Looking forward to the next one in the series.
