Initiating topics seeking to purchase PBS credits in the Book Bazaar forum is allowed.  (PBS utilizes credits, not "points")

However, it isn't a good idea for OP to list their email address here.  The Book Bazaar isn't a PBS Members only forum; it is a public forum and content posted here is viewable potentially by anyone on the Web.  I am sending PM recommendation to OP to remove her email address from her post.

 ETA: You can offer to "pay" anything for the credits wanted, including BM points as payment or trade.    However, note that you cannot "sell" your points here for credits.  From this Forum's "Rules" topic:

Requests for buying or offers to sell credits: This can be done via any payment method the seller likes, at the price the seller wants. Exception: the seller cannot ask for books at greater than "PBS price" in exchange for these credits.

It is preferred that you negotiate privately what you are willing to pay, however, rather than post to a topic.  One could post "Anyone want to sell me some credits? Contact me by PM if so," and then in Personal Messages explained what you are willing to pay. But note that members should not post a topic selling anything for credits. If in PM negotiations anyone was willing to accept the currency of another site for PBS credits, then the exchange could be made.
