Great mystery. Author's details about an unfamiliar world bring modern Bejing to life. Revolves around China's social/economic problems and slave labor. As always, it's never clear who to trust, and dangerous decisions can cost the protagonists their lives.

what a surprise! this book is such a poor follow up to Flower Net that i will not even finish it.
it is contrived and unreal. it makes both the US and China look bad and the people are unlikeable.
