Professor Spencer is a senior member of the IEEE. He has won the UCD-IEEE Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Award three times. He served on the IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference program committee for nine years, has been a guest editor of the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits and has been an organizer and session chair for various IEEE conferences and workshops.« less
