Good to see it's back in print. I read this in last year's challenge as "work written the year you were born", and gave it a good recommendation. -Tom Hl.

I read that NPR piece and rushed here to snag a copy. Mint condition, marvelous book: i read the first chapter and set it aside until I have time to read it from cover to cover.

I've gotta bump this just so I can say, I set a day aside and crushed this book, and I thought it was fantastic. Somehow, it managed to be quite a departure from the other Asimovs I've read, and at the same time VERY Asimovian. I also caught a strong whiff of style very similar to Philip K. Dick's works, although I'm sure I should rather say everything Philip K. Dick wrote seems to have been inspired by this single Asimov lol

I don't generally care for time travel stories, but this book, and particularly the way it ends makes it my favorite.
