Apparently a holiday can throw everything up into the air. I have been waiting for several packages to arrive and tracking them. They should be here today since yesterday was a holiday. I look and it says it was updated yesterday - weird since I didn't think anyone was working yesterday :/ and it says " moved left no address" as in they tried to deliver and I don't live here anymore!! D= We moved here like two months ago :/ we where home all day yesterday and no delivery attempt was made.

I'm hoping this is just a fluke so I called the 1800 number and the automated system said they are overloaded with calls - probably the same type - and when I finally entered the tracking number it said my packages are being returned to sender. Oh and "customer service is not available" ;( I know it's early so I will try again later. Hoping that there was a mistake when scanning the item in and that they are on the truck for delivery.... >.< Waiting is the worst when you know something bad could be happening!!

Anyone else have this issue over the holiday? :/

Neer ever call the 1-800 number, it is a waste of time (and a waste of a LOT of time) 99% of the time. For something like that, calling your local post office is your best bet, as you discovered :)
