This is one of my favourite cookbooks. It contains my 3 favourtie types of cuisines, so that makes it extra good in my eyes. One thing i love about it that may be daunting to some cooks is that it shows you how to make everything from scratch; from the pasta to the tortillas. You don't have to of course, but it's nice to have those recipes around in case you feel like trying it some day.
I have had several of the dishes in this book and they are just delish. This book has got a permanant spot on my shelf.
