I'm gonna start this a few hours early.  I've been collecting Plaidy's Tudor series all year and as I sorted through them tonight,  I found that I had a couple of duplicates.  I'd like to send these two books to the same person or combined with a book or two off my shelf or with my WL Multiples books.

Uneasy Lies the Head  (first book in the series, has been reprinted as To Hold the Crown)

The King's Secret Matter (originally was the 4th book in the series, has been reprinted as part of the Katherine of Aragon omnibus of books 2 - 4)

I have The Red Queen's Daughter by Jacqueline Kolosov and Becoming Madame Mao by Anchee Min. I'll wait a few days before posting them--both are WL books but always happier to post directly to my buds!  Each could fit into the challenges nicely.....

both are gone to very good homes :)

This book is excellent it would be good for two of our categories in the challenge, Proud to be American or In the Name of Love. It is the story of George and Martha Washington. Very enjoyable. I like Nancy Moser a lot as an author. Pm me if you are interested in the book

Washington's Lady :: Nancy Moser

I was worried that "Little Bee" would be really difficult to read, but it was suprisingly a fun read.

I have a copy of Philippa Gregory's The White Queen.  Taken

Anyone interested in a well-thumbed copy of Scales of Gold by Dorothy Dunnett in soft cover?  It is very readable with a nice tight spine but it has a little foxing on some pages and a tear on the bottom edges of the cover on either side of the spine.  I will gladly send it for free as I located a gorgeous HB copy at a great price as a present from me to me.  I would like my old copy to have a loving home.  PM me if interested.   TAKEN, THANKS!

This book isn't HF, but it is history. I thought that I would offer it here first and if no one is interested, it will go FIFO, as there are over 30 wishers:

Taken - thanks!

I really enjoyed it!
