I have The Apothecary Rose [Owen Archer, Bk 1 by Candace Robb and the next one in the series.  Thanks for the recommendation, Alice!

I am reading The Girl in the Glass :: Susan Meissner

It jumps between present day and Florence in the time of the Medici's .  Story pulls you right in and you wonder how two story lines will converge. I enjoy susan Meissner's books.

I've read another nonfictional, Open by Andre Agassiz, and it's goooood.  He writes very well and lets the reader see into his soul, his anguish, and his heart.
