Jessica Mann (born 1937, London) is a British writer. As a novelist she specialises in the mystery and suspense genres.

Mann was educated at Newnham College, Cambridge, where she read Archaeology, and the Leicester University, from which she has a degree in Law. She has reviewed crime fiction for the Literary Review magazine and also broadcast.

She lives near Truro in Cornwall and is married to the archaeologist and historian Charles Thomas. with four children.
