Have you read Joanne Clarey??? I am just finishing "Skinned", one of her books. If you enjoy reading Serial Killer books, you will like this writer. I have ordered her other books, but have not received them yet. Evidently, the main character, was abducted by a serial killer in the first book, I think it is called "Twisted" or something like that. She was tortured and almost killed and suffers from the ordeal. The Killer was shot, hospitalized and escaped before being sent to jail. He is still out there! This second book that I am reading picks up six months after the abduction and rescuing of Christie. Being a psychologist,  she is working with a detective to try to find this serial killer along with other cases. The serial killer is coming after her again. Don't know how this ends yet, so I won't spoil it for you.

If you like this type of book, I recommend that you check her writing out. Lots of thrills and chills!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the great recommendation. This sounds like it's right up my alley so I will be checking it out. That's why I love this site -- lots of new suggestions for new authors I would never have found otherwise.
