Does anyone have any information on "Texas Blue" by Jodi Thomas?  I see it on her book list on her website, and it looks like its part of the Whispering Mountain series but I don't see a publication date.  I tried looking for it on Amazon and the Fiction DB but couldn't seem to find it.

Thanks!

hmm I went to take a look and saw it listed under that series as well. I don't know..I still haven't read the 4th book in the series..didn't think there was anyone else to write about since there are 3 brothers and 1 sister and each got a book already..unless the adopted boy is grown and getting married. seems like her website would have something about it being an upcoming book.anyways now  you've got me curious!

thanks Bertie..I didn't see an email on  her website then got sidetracked..I glommed as many of her books as I could a year or so ago b ut haven't gotten around to reading them all yet.

I thought for a minute it might be her story in the anthology that comes out July but the table of contents I viewed on amazon had a different title.

Vandana, I started with the 3rd book in the Whispering Rock series! I realized once I startd that I'd missed a couple of stories but didn't want to stop. I had the first book and read thatone next ..never got to the 2nd book and have the 4th inmy tbr..I was actually gonna read that one a month or so ago but ended up with something else instead..and also struggling over the 'guilt' of reading it before the 2nd...sigh...I read one of her contemproaries and liked it pretty well. but they're sitting here waiting when I get in the mood and find time!

I forget how I discovered Jodi Thomas: I know it was in the middle of the series as well and then I had to backtrack and get all of hers.  I like Linda Lael Miller as well (the McKettricks and Springwater mostly):  I'm trying to find other authors like them. I've got some of Maggie Osborne that someone suggested but haven't read them yet.

My Google Alerts sent me here. I have a Western Historical romance-paperback and eBook--published by The Wild Rose Press, titled: TEXAS BLUE. It's been out a year, on Amazon, Kindle, everywhere. I'm surprised Jodi Thomas would title her book the same as some other author's. However, since I do admire her, I feel comforted that I chose a good title.  Celia

Hi Celia - thanks for stopping in.  There are quite a few books with similar or same titles.  I'll be sure to look for yours.  I love western romance!

Just a quick question - I just read Daniel MacLain's story, and it talks about finding Allie's brother John - has she written a story for him, or has anybody heard something about this plot line in her series? I ordered Wolf's story, and so I'm waiting for that - maybe it talks about him in there??

which series is that in Heather? I've only read a few of hers..one contemporary and the first and third books in Whispering Mountain.

well at least you're getting some 'free' advertising Celia when we search for by title since yours comes up with the search! I find identical titles confusing but I think authors are running out of options with so many books being published.

both Wolf and Daniel are part of the MacLain series.
