Great promotional cookbook from the makers of Jell-O Gelatin.

Joys of Jell-O Gelatin Dessert; 7th Edition. 95 pages. This is a soft-cover booklet measuring 6" x 8". It includes full color illustrations, and hundreds of recipes for desserts, salads, relishes and confections. There is no publishing date, but mentions in the introduction that Jell-O is over 70 years old (invented 1897) - so this would date the book to the late 1960's.

Everyone loves Jell-O and this book contains both classic and creative uses for Jell-O Brand Gelatin and Pudding. Some of the recipes are plain and very simple to make; some are glorious as the 4th of July, but they are still pretty simple to make. This captivating collection of spectacular dessert recipes is guaranteed to rekindle fond childhood memories and create delicious new traditions for today's generation of Jell-O lovers. No matter what the occasion-small impromptu gatherings, children's parties or year-round holiday festivities this book promises sensational results every time.
