I see that we don't yet have a thread for this topic, so I will start it by offering these:

The Last Queen by C.W. Gortner - ISBN # 9780345501851 (80 wishers)

Treason by Meredith Whitford - ISBN # 9781904492726 (22 wishers)

City of Thieves by David Benioff - ISBN # 9780452295292 (41 wishers)

One credit each and would prefer to send at least 2 together. Please have on your WL.

Thank you!

I have a hardback copy of The Persian Boy by Mary Renault.  ISBN 0582105420   British publisher and printing 1972

no dust jacket

the front cover top part and edge and the first fly leaf has some evidence of water but no other page in the book has any damage whatsoever and they are not warped at all

the binding and pages are in perfect condition

there is no smell that I can tell but I do not have a good sniffer

I would like a credit for it and I offer it as a 2/1 to anyone who would like to read this great novel.

I have a hardback copy of "The Paris Wife" by Paula McLain. In addition to being a very interesting and well done HF about Hemingway's first wife, it will fulfil the "shiny and new" category for the challenge. If you are interested, PM me by 9pm Saturday 7/23.

Taken!
